Career Mindfulness Limited (hereafter referred to as the “company”, “Career Mindfulness”, “us”, “we” and “our”). The client (hereafter referred to as “client”, “the client”, “you” and “your”). Access to and use of the Career Mindfulness website careermindfulness.co.uk (website) and the services available through the website are subject to the following terms. The terms may be updated by us from time to time.

We suggest prospective clients read the Career Mindfulness terms and conditions before purchases.

Price

All consultancy and/or workshop quotations are only valid for 7 days from the date that they are first sent to the client. All prices are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of our business.

The published prices include VAT.

Payments

We will impose a late payment charge of 8% over the Bank of England base rate.

All company credit card payments will incur a card surcharge (this is variable dependent on which card or company you choose to use).

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the person that confirmed the purchase of a product, has the correct purchasing authority.

Content

The content on our website is obtained and developed from a number of different sources including, but not limited to, books, information provided by third parties. Inclusion of content from providers such as these is not an endorsement of any book or information provided by third party.

Career Mindfulness will make reasonable effort to update the information on our website. With this being said we make no guarantee or warranties that the content on our website is accurate, up-to-date or complete.

We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will not be uninterrupted or always available. Career Mindfulness may change, discontinue or suspend part of the website without sufficient notice.

Career Mindfulness will not take liability if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or period.

You are responsible for ensuring that all individuals who access the Career Mindfulness website are aware of the terms and conditions and they understand and comply with them.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by a cyber-attack, virus or any other technologically detrimental material that may infect your device (computer, laptop or mobile device) due to use of our website.

Online Learning, E-Learning

Course fees, enrolment, and log-in credentials are strictly non- transferable.

Career Mindfulness hold the right to restrict access based on functional requirements including fair access to all learners. Access to online learning/ e-learning courses is approved for a 6 month period from the date of purchase. If you require an extension, please contact enquiries@careermindfulness.co.uk to discuss options.

We aim to ensure that the information on our courses is correct, and we may make changes to courses from time to time without notice.

Refunds

Courses purchased are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Copyright

Our website, including design, content, layout, body and software code are subject to copyright that are owned by Career Mindfulness.

The re-use of images, videos or logos featured on our website, without assignation, is forbidden under all circumstances.

The use of Career Mindfulness’ name or logo is forbidden under all circumstances, unless pre-existing written consent is obtained from us.

Privacy Policy

Career Mindfulness is dedicated to maintaining your privacy and the use of your personal details. If you need to address any questions or queries regarding your personal details that we hold on file, please feel free to contact us.

We will not disclose personal information to a third-party organisation unless we have your pre-existing consent to share this.

We will not collect personal information from anyone visiting our website unless they have willingly submitted their personal information via a form. At times, Career Mindfulness may reach out to discuss any new courses or programmes.

All company and client information that is issued to us will be kept confidential.

Career Mindfulness shall not be liable for the publication of any client and company information that is accessible in the public domain.

Whole Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Career Mindfulness. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Career Mindfulness.
