Career Mindfulness was born out of a profound personal journey. After years of experience in the recruitment industry, the founder faced a challenging battle with depression. Seeking professional help transformed his life, leading to personal growth and empowerment. Now, he is determined to use the unique experience to make a difference in the lives of others.
