Career Mindfulness was born out of a profound personal journey. After years of experience in the recruitment industry, the founder faced a challenging battle with depression. Seeking professional help transformed his life, leading to personal growth and empowerment. Now, he is determined to use the unique experience to make a difference in the lives of others. Through Career Mindfulness, he aims to provide support and guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges, fostering a culture of wellbeing and resilience in both personal and professional realms.   • Finding the Career for You Course is focused on assisting the candidate to understand how to go about making the right initial choice to target an industry. It covers everything from making a conscious decision to the time a job is secured. It is also useful for candidates who may be looking to move career or looking to market themselves to get a feel for what else is out there that may be of interest.

Mental health and Wellbeing

  • Mental Health and Wellbeing Course covers a candidates experience in the workplace from the first week onwards. It takes a thorough look at how to maximise efficiency whilst in the workplace, and how to make sure you are at full capacity mentally and physically. A vast majority of the Course looks at mental health and wellbeing including mindfulness.

The founder has developed this course off the back of some very challenging situations which led him to struggle with mental health. In addition, he has also tasted success and built a career from a junior position to managing a team. This experience has given him the desire to try and assist others so that they are never in a position where they feel alone and are able to control all levels of success. He has also applied for numerous jobs without success, so giving the tools to maximize the potential to get your dream job also gives him great satisfaction.

You cannot share the course with others as the registration is unique to you. However by all means feel free to share what you have learnt to support others.

No. The course is designed to assist people who are stepping into their first job and even people who have been in industry for a long time.

No matter how long you have been in industry for, there is always an opportunity to learn and upskill yourself.  It is highly possible that there is something you can pick up from both Finding the Career for You and Mental Health and Wellbeing .

The founder of Career Mindfulness is confident that once you have an initial conversation or meeting you will realise that his experience and method to mental health and well-being adds some essential practices to ensure that employees are retained and employers save considerable costs on staff turnover

Our services are tailored to each employer but the strategy remains consistent. We want to work with employers to save costs on sick leave, employee absence and recruitment costs when they lose an employee. The number for employer will vary but our objective is to increase retention by 10% in 6 months
